Iron Ore Concentrate Process
The iron briquette machine operating principle is relatively simple. Its core is to press loose metal powder into a solid block through high-pressure pressing of the powder. This process usually involves multiple steps, including mixing, molding and pressurization, and finally forms a uniform and high-strength briquetting product.The iron ore details concentrate process are as follows:
Material input and mixing
Forklift feeding: Materials are fed into the double-bin electronic batching machine by forklift for mixing.
Quantitative adhesive addition: The quantitative adhesive feeding bin cooperates with the conveyor belt, and the adhesive and the material enter the double-shaft mixer together.
Mixing and mixing
Dust-proof spraying system: A spraying system is set above the double-shaft mixer to prevent dust pollution.
Full mixing: The materials are fully mixed and stirred in the double-shaft mixer.
Molding and pressing
Feeding into the ball press: The stirred materials are fed into the ball press through the conveyor belt.
Return material processing: The crushed materials generated during the pressing process are returned to the double-shaft mixer through the crushing material powder system, and then enter the ball press again for pressing and molding.
Drying and packaging
Drying processing: The finished product after molding is fed into the chain plate dryer through the conveyor belt for drying.
Packaging and sales: The dried finished product is fed into the quantitative packaging machine through the conveyor belt, and then packaged and sold on the market.

Iron Ore Concentrate Process Key Points
1) Low Cost Binder Addition
Adding a binder to ordinary cement is very cost-effective. The cement-bonded briquettes can easily burst when exposed to high temperatures in the furnace, but they have the advantage of fast slag formation.
2) High Strength of Cold Briquettes
Cold briquettes with cement have high strength, making them resistant to breakage during transport. This reduces material loss in the fan and improves iron oxide scale utilization, while easing the load on the dust collector.
3) Optional Additives
Additional materials such as water-quenched slag, dust, or other mineral powders can be added to the raw materials as needed.
4) Natural Air Drying
The briquettes can be naturally air-dried. After 2-3 days of drying, the strength of the oxide iron briquettes meets the required standards, saving significant energy costs.
5) Simple Equipment Setup
The equipment set includes a high-pressure briquette machine, vibrating screen, silo, roller-type mixers, and conveyors. All equipment except the briquette machine can be self-manufactured by the customer. The equipment requires a small footprint.

The particle size of the raw material should be between 0-5mm.
It can not contain impurities, especially large metal. Such as nails, or iron, rocks, it very likely damage roller and spindle..
