What’s Heat Pump Dryer?

Heat pump dryer is a heat boosting device mainly used in the drying and dehydrating process of foodstuffs, timber, agricultural and sideline products, industrial products and so on.Heat pump dryer is mainly composed of heat pump drying host, drying chamber, fan frame with fan and trolley with tray.

This dryer integrates all components through an integrated design. The actual installation is very simple. You only need to connect the vent pipe, and the stable heat pump can work all day. The use of household 220-230V voltage does not require commercial 380V power consumption. The equipment is not subject to weather and site restrictions, which expands the scope of application and improves drying efficiency.

Prinsip kerja:

The working fluid of the heat pump is compressed by the compressor, becomes high temperature and high pressure gas, enters the condenser, condenses and liquefies the heat, and is used for air heating in the drying room. The moisture in the material is vaporized and evaporated by the form of hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the moisture discharge system, thereby achieving the purpose of drying the drying material.
