What is Sawdust Extrude Machine?

Mesin extrude habuk papan is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as sawdust, rice shell,coffee husk,peanuts shell, Bagasse,dll. The raw material dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.

Working principle

▶It uses a large screw to compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.

▶In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various molds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square,dll.

What is the Process of Sawdust Extrude Machine?

Step 1. Grinder to crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
Step 2. Dryer to dry the raw material till the moisture is less than 12%
Step 3. Put the material into wood briquette machine without add any chemical goods,
Step 4. Carbonization the wood briquette stick
